Short, graphic, strategic
I have to present a monthly purchasing report to management. What are the key areas they are likely to be looking for and what should it highlight?
Advisers told us:
• Report a few meaningful measures where there are clearly defined targets
• A combination of financial graphs, plus high-level summaries of key activities
• Aim to get your report included as part of other key standard reports as this raises procurement’s profile and shows that you are an integral part of the business
What do you think?
