Bigger, bolder, brighter
Looking forward to 2012, I am well aware that our continued level of success will only be sustained if CIPS continues to deliver and be supported by our members. We have to remain relevant to our audiences and all those who use our services and come to us for knowledge and guidance. That’s why the results of our recent customer satisfaction survey are so important, the content of which has been instrumental in the launch of new products and services.
The survey revealed that most CIPS members were happy with the way we responded to enquiries and they liked our style. That’s about to get better as we launch our new refreshed brand, logo and website today.
Where you have said in the survey we ‘could do better’ included giving our stakeholders easier access to information and giving better value for CIPS membership, so take a look at the website and let us know if the new style and navigation ability delivers that promise.
The brand has been designed to reflect our professionalism, global aspect and dynamism. The brand has a more contemporary look and can be used across all media – especially digital. So, we’re bigger, bolder, brighter than before and have a new positive outlook and strapline – ‘Leading global excellence in procurement and supply’.

Very impressed with the new website – striking, clean and simple layout which is easy to navigate. My only disapointment is with the formatting of the assessment results section (in “My CIPS”) as it is still as poorly laid out and formatted as before. Along with improving this, it would be useful if the exam results were displayed (grouped) by level(i.e. level 4, 5 and 6) and if the exam titles also listed the subject code.
Well done again,
Emma
The presentation and clarity of the new website is great.
My initial reaction to the new website is positive. I like the crisp, modern style & fonts, the new logo is clever with the combination of the globe and the “traditional” CIPS abbreviation. Like everyone I will learn more about the navigation as I use it more, but so far so good. Well done my old colleagues!
Nice logo.
Fresh new look, I love it, its irresistible, I bet we are going to have more new members coming for the new look!
