buy generic cialis width=”100″ height=”100″ />Work-life satisfaction is lower in Britain than most European countries, according to the British Social Attitudes Survey 2012, released by social research agency NatCen earlier this week. Only Portugal, Russia and five other ex-communist countries recorded lower satisfaction levels.
The survey also revealed 80 per cent of workers admitted worrying about work problems when at home, up from 73 per cent in 2004. Some 89 per cent admitted they sometimes felt too tired after work to enjoy activities at home. The survey attributes these dismal figures to a deterioration in job security and the longer working hours culture, which is endemic in most organisations. (more…)
